Even though you may not finish everything you set out to do each day, the point is that you are doing SOMETHING each day towards your goals. On Monday, I was able to write more in Seaside Valleria 3. Is it as much as I wanted? No, but writing a little each day will add up and make a big day once I finish the book.
Here’s some perspective: I’ve written 35 posts (prior to this one) in my #100DaysofMKAuthorLife series. In those 35 days, I’ve written over 17,000 words in blog posts. Based on my average book size, that’s almost 1/3 of a book! Some of my posts have had as few as 98 words, others over 1,000 words. Yet, so far, they’ve added up to over 17,000.
Little things add up! Writing a little each day is just as successful as the day I write ‘The End’ in a book. Do a little each day; the progress is slower but the results are still just as impressive.
Do you have a project you’re working on slowly, whether creative, organizing the home, or something else? Comment on this post and let me know!
